"Get rich fast" schemes do work. One reason schemes work is because some people are great at their job. Another reason they work is because people are willing to spend money on what they want. When you think about budget cuts, it's mainly people being schemed because of smarter people. Scheme artists are also registering that some people are easy targets. People that make the schemes can also lose money. They can also mess up their credit. We need to notice the money proportions of rich people to help lower class citizens.
